Keith Dubay Named Minerva's 2026 Citizen of the Year

Members of the Minerva Volunteer Fire Department applauded Keith Dubay on June 9th for being chosen Minerva's 2026 Citizen of the Year in honor of his more than forty years of community service.


According to officials, Dubay has worked for the department for more than 40 years in a variety of operational and leadership capacities, including firefighter, chief, assistant chief, lieutenant, president, treasurer, and board member. As a driver, qualified first responder, and emergency medical technician, he also dedicated many years to the department's rescue squad.
