Members of the Town of Coventry Fire/EMS took part in a departmental exercise on hose line operations and advancement tactics on May 28.

According to officials, firefighters practiced coordinated fireground operations, hose deployment, and advancing throughout the night in order to increase efficiency while responding to structure fires. The practical instruction emphasized collaboration, communication, and safe hose handling while reinforcing fundamental firefighting techniques.
