Two individuals needed medical attention after the Cuddebackville Fire Department responded to a motorcycle-versus-truck collision on June 6.

According to officials, Car 2 arrived on the site with Huguenot Fire Department personnel and discovered two injured people. A medical helicopter was called to take a female patient to a regional trauma center in Westchester County due to the severity of her injuries. An ambulance took a male patient to Garnet Health Medical Center so he could receive treatment.

The department thanked responding agencies, including Huguenot Fire Department, Otisville Fire Department, Deerpark Police Department, Port Jervis Ambulance Corps, and Stat Flight 75, for their assistance. Officials credited the coordinated response of all agencies involved for ensuring prompt patient care and transportation.
