Members of the Trough Creek Valley Volunteer Fire Company honored the paramedics, EMTs, and EMRs who provide emergency medical treatment to the community all year long on May 20th in observance of National EMS Week.

According to officials, EMS personnel provide citizens with round-the-clock assistance, responding to medical crises and providing vital care when it's most required. Every day, their devotion, commitment, and training are essential to safeguarding the community's health and safety.

The men and women who respond to emergency calls around-the-clock, every day of the year, have been thanked by department executives.
