Imler, PA. — May 29 — Chief Rob Dennis and Safety Officer Shunae Dennis were honored by the Imler Area Vol. Fire Co. on their 17th wedding anniversary. Both have continued to be involved in the department's fire, rescue, and community service initiatives. The success of volunteer emergency services organizations is mostly dependent on long-term dedication and family involvement, according to department officials.

The department, which is located at 996 Mowrys Mill Road, continues to provide emergency response and public safety services to the Imler region. The couple's accomplishment and their ongoing services to the department and the community it serves were recognized by the members.
