Members of the Hinsdale Volunteer Fire Department took part in Memorial Day celebrations on May 25th, which were organized by the Mattydale American Legion and the Lyncourt neighborhood to remember the country's dead service members.

According to officials, firefighters joined locals, veterans, and community leaders in honoring those who lost their lives while serving in the US military. The ceremonies honored the bravery, commitment, and selflessness of military soldiers whose service contributed to the preservation of the country's liberties.

Members who attended and represented the department during the observances were thanked by department authorities.
