Firefighters Conducted Mutual Aid Apparatus Training

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — May 18th — Huntington Volunteer Fire Company members. Firefighters from the Lopatcong Township Fire Department met with #1 Station 75 Fire for a mutual aid operations-focused apparatus familiarization session. To enhance cooperation during coordinated emergency responses, crews examined the design, functionality, and equipment of various fire apparatus. Additionally, Lopatcong firemen gave members a chance to learn about the capabilities and deployment processes of their new tower ladder.


Understanding the equipment used by nearby agencies helps enhance efficiency and communication during major crises, according to department officials. The training improved departmental cooperation and bolstered the region's readiness for future emergency calls.
