Brooks Fire Department Announced Harriman’s Promotion

BROOKS, ME — June 1st — Zach Harriman was promoted from Captain to Assistant Deputy Chief by the Brooks Maine Fire Department. For many years, Harriman has been an important element of the department, helping with daily operations, training, and emergency response. His leadership, experience, and dedication to public service, according to department authorities, helped prepare him for the new position.


Harriman will support firefighters in their community service and help with department operations in his capacity as Assistant Deputy Chief. The promotion signifies the next phase of his career in the fire service and shows how confident department leaders are in his skills. The Brooks Maine Fire Department wished Harriman well in his new role and congratulated him on his promotion.
