CHESTER, NH — May 13th — Tyler Lord, an FF/EMT who joined the Chester Fire Department in January as a per diem fireman and EMT, was recognized by the department for successfully fulfilling his probationary requirements. Lord has participated actively in training and emergency response exercises since joining the agency. He intends to pursue Advanced EMT certifications and Driver/Operator certification as part of his ongoing professional growth.

The Chester Fire Department, which is located at 27 Murphy Drive, stated that probationary programs assist in preparing new members for long-term service in the fire and emergency medical services fields. Lord's career in emergency services will advance when he starts working as a full-time FF/EMT for the City of Merrimack.
