BRENTWOOD, NH — May 10th — In honor of the men and women who lost their lives while serving in the US military, the Boxford Fire Department celebrated Memorial Day alongside towns across the country. Memorial Day is a time to pay tribute to those who lost their lives defending the nation. Every year, rituals, tributes, and reflective moments are held in both major and small communities to commemorate the anniversary.

Locals were asked by the Middleton Road-based Boxford Fire Department to honor the service of the deceased. The occasion highlighted the continued importance of honoring military sacrifice and commemorating those who served.
