Station 23 Crew Honors Firefighter Stumpf’s Milestone Achievement

Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services commemorated Firefighter Austin Stumpf's successful completion of his probationary year on May 12.


Stumpf was assigned to Station 23 A Shift in Hickory Flat, and his crew honored him with a unique drill to commemorate the accomplishment. According to department authorities, the exercise assessed the abilities, resolve, and readiness he had acquired during his first year of employment.


Stumpf received a new helmet shield, signifying the end of his probationary period, after completing the difficult practice.
