Blandon Junior Firefighter Earns District Pole Vault Title

BLANDON, Pa. — May 16th — Aimee Frantz, a junior firefighter and emergency medical technician, won the District III Class 2A Pole Vault Championship with a winning height of 10 feet, 6 inches, earning her recognition from the Blandon Fire Department. Frantz's performance demonstrated her dedication on and off the field and earned her the district title. She participates in track and field and works for the department as a junior fireman and EMT.


Members of the department complimented Frantz on the accomplishment, highlighting the commitment needed to juggle emergency service duties, academics, and athletics. Her accomplishments are indicative of the excellent work ethic and leadership traits that young people in the emergency services sector frequently possess.
