OLD CHATHAM, NY — May 19th — During National EMS Week, Tri-Village Fire Company, Inc. honored its EMS staff in recognition of the professionals who provide emergency medical care and community assistance. Alannah, EMS Captain Cathy, Gabby, Gunnar, John, Lisa, Robin, EMS Lieutenant Sara, and Chief Steven were recognized by the department for their ongoing contributions. The significance of EMS workers in emergency response, patient care, and public health is highlighted during National EMS Week.

EMS workers provide round-the-clock support during emergencies, collaborating with firemen and other first responders. The event provided a chance to honor their commitment, professionalism, and devotion to the people of Columbia County.
