S Deerfield, MA - South Deerfield Fire personnel recently took part in an auto extrication training session led by Firematic, focused on advancing hands-on rescue skills.

During the training, members worked directly with their new HURST Jaws of Life battery-powered rescue tools, now carried on Engine 2. Crews practiced key techniques to improve efficiency, safety, and precision during vehicle extrications.
