WEST GREENWICH, RI — May 18th — Town Council President Mark Boyer's retirement was acknowledged by Department West Greenwich Vol Fire Co. No. 1, which also commended him for his many years of service to the Town of West Greenwich. Boyer collaborated with public safety organizations and municipal departments on matters impacting citizens and community services while serving in public office. Strong collaborations between town leadership and emergency service organizations are crucial, according to local politicians and first responders.
