Saturday May 27th around 8pm the Swoyersville structure fire box was dispatched to a reported working house fire with multiple calls on it. The smoke header could be seen from two towns away. Swoyersville fire called enroute and requested a 2nd alarm box to be dispatched. When units arrived heavy fire was through the roof and pushing out of the side of the house along with heavy fire on the back porch. Units worked for 3 and a half hours before returning back to service.
