During Memorial Day celebrations on May 25, members of Eagle Hose and Hook and Ladder Company No. 6 came together to pay tribute to the men and women who lost their lives while serving the United States.

Members gathered in spite of the bad weather, according to officials, to honor the sacrifices made by deceased military personnel and consider the liberties safeguarded by their service. According to the government, Memorial Day is a significant reminder of the bravery and commitment displayed by those who gave their lives for the nation.
