A roof fire consumed a good portion of a large commercial building on Enterprise av., Seacucus, May 24th.  Two tower ladders and two ladder pipes were utilized at the second-alarm-plus fire. Assisting the local department included fire companies from Jersey City, Kearny, Rutherford and Lyndhurst.  The Gong Club and Jersey City O.E.M. rehab units provided copious bottles of water for firefighters on this warm afternoon.
