Jacksonville Fire Rescue operates a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado HD as Crash 56. This apparatus serves as the airfield command vehicle for Cecil Field. It is equipped with an Ansul Twin Agent Unit with 100 gallons of premixed AFFF and 450 pounds of PKP. Crash 56 is configured with two separate radio systems. It has an 800 MHz radio for fire communications and a VHF radio for airfield and aircraft communications along with a Motorola MDT.
