Hasbrouck Heights, NJ - Hasbrouck Heights Fire Department members recently participated in a specialized training exercise alongside the Port Authority’s Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Team at Teterboro Airport.

Crews toured key areas of the airport grounds, focusing on locations critical to emergency response operations, including in-ground hydrants and high-hazard zones.

The hands-on walkthrough provided valuable familiarization with the unique challenges presented by the airport environment, ensuring HHFD personnel are better prepared for potential incidents.

The department extends its appreciation to the Port Authority for coordinating this important training opportunity.
