Eastampton, NJ - Crews conducted hands-on training at a soon-to-be-demolished residence, providing a valuable opportunity to simulate real-world fireground operations.
Members stretched hose lines, performed systematic interior searches for victims, and practiced coordinated fire attack techniques.
A key focus of the drill was VEIS (Vent, Enter, Isolate, Search), allowing firefighters to refine targeted search tactics aimed at rapid victim removal while limiting fire spread.
The acquired structure setting added realism, helping crews build confidence, improve communication, and strengthen overall operational readiness in a controlled environment.
