Largo Fire Rescue officially opened its new Fire Station 39 on July 22, 2025. This state-of-the-art, three-bay facility is located at 12939 Jackson Street in North Largo.
Along with their new station, the members of Station 39 received two new vehicles. A 2025 Pierce Velocity PUC 1500/650 replaced a nearly identical 2018 model with similar specifications. Additionally, there is a 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 with a Knapeide body that operates as Medic 39.
