Topsham Crews Train on Firefighter Rescue Skills

TOPSHAM, ME — April 16th — A B-shift training session on firefighter rescue techniques and ladder operations was held with live-in students by the Department, Topsham Fire & Rescue. Crews reviewed methods for sharing and controlling air supply in emergency situations while practicing air pack conversions used in downed fireman rescue scenarios.


In order to enhance speed, coordination, and safe fireground operations, members also practiced ladder deployment and positioning drills.
