Dan Sullivan and Barney Trainor received recognition from Lawrence Firefighters Union Local 146 on May 5th for their internal promotions.
Trainor received a promotion to captain and Sullivan to lieutenant. According to union representatives, over their careers, both members have shown a great deal of commitment, leadership, and service to the department and community.
