On April 23, members of the Morris Fire Company gave practical instruction on fire assault principles and hose advancement.


Crews practiced hose handling, nozzle control, communication, and maintaining appropriate pace and spacing during operations as they worked through several hose advancement evolutions. According to officials, the exercise was designed to improve coordination under pressure and reinforce fundamental fireground abilities.
