On April 20, the Bristol Borough Fire Association began its Junior Officer Development Program.

Members from Stations 25, 50, 51, and 52 come together for the eight-week in-house training to train future fire service leaders. Leadership, size-up and decision-making, building construction, fire safety systems, and business operations are all covered in the training, which concludes with a comprehensive practical exercise.

The officer's duty, leadership, size-up processes, and arrival reports were all discussed in the inaugural session. According to officials, the program's goal is to prepare participants for future officer responsibilities while enhancing their leadership, communication, and operational decision-making abilities.
