A basement fire in Ridgefield quickly extended up the wall to the upper floors of a Marion Pl. dwelling on May 1st. Firefighters "opened up" to extinguish hidden fire. Mutual aid at the scene included units from Cliffside Park, Fairview, Leonia and Ridgefield Park.
