EAST WINDSOR, NJ — April 27th — At the Mercer County Fire Academy's Dempster Fire Service Training Center, members of East Windsor Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 performed a spring live burn simulation.

Crews received training in a residential burn building, where they practiced search and rescue, fire suppression, and coordinated operations in real-time fire situations. Realistic scenarios are used in live burn training to strengthen collaboration, communication, and decision-making on the fireground.
