As National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week drew to an end, the Burlington Volunteer Fire Department honored dispatchers.
Department representatives expressed gratitude to Connecticut State Police Troop L and Farmington Regional Dispatch staff for their assistance with emergency operations. Dispatchers coordinate resources, handle incoming calls, and stay in touch with field teams.
