Endicott, NY - Endicott Fire Department crews conducted hands-on water rescue training on the Susquehanna River, sharpening skills critical to emergency operations in moving water environments.


Operating Boats 25-1 and 25-2, firefighters trained alongside Vestal Fire Department and Campville Fire, focusing on coordinated response, boat handling, victim retrieval techniques, and interagency communication.


The joint training emphasized teamwork and preparedness, ensuring crews can operate seamlessly together during real-world water rescue incidents while improving overall effectiveness and safety on the river.
