Rutherford firefighters along with mutual aid fought this 2nd alarm fire in a row of garages on Kipp ave on April 28th. A quick knock down held the fire to 3 units of the row of about 6. Companies from Lyndhurst, East Rutherford and North Arling assisted on the scene. Bergen co health dept and Bergen County Haz- Mat was also called to the scene. Fire was under control on about 20 minutes.
