Hampton, NH — April 19th — At the NH Fire & Emergency Medical Services Committee of Merit Ceremony on February 25, 2025, members of the Hampton Fire/Rescue, located at 140 Winnacunnet Road, Hampton, NH, United States, 03842, received a Unit Citation for their actions during a structure fire on Winnacunnet Road. An urgent rescue operation was prompted by early reports of a trapped individual. The victim was safely rescued by crews working in an active fire situation.

Captain Matt Cray, Firefighters Nick Africano, Connor Chisholm, Aran Devereux, Alex Frost, Gary Lemoine, Tyler Lord, Joe Polcari, Nick Sullivan, Josh Thibeault, Andrew Willey, and FAO Karissa Kerouac are among the members honored. Coordinated operations and regular training are reflected in the prize.
