WOBURN, MA — April 10th — Steven B. Haney, a former firefighter who served the Woburn Fire Department and the City of Woburn for 32 years, passed away, according to the department.

Haney's career demonstrated his enduring dedication to the community and fire service operations. Retired members are honored by departments throughout the area for their years of service and ongoing ties to the fire service.

The McLaughlin–Dello Russo Funeral Home on Pleasant Street was the location of the services, and visitors were welcome from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Department In remembrance of Haney's service and accomplishments to the department, officials asked that his family, friends, and fellow firefighters be remembered during this time.
