Mutual Aid Training Enhances Team Performance

ALLOWAY, NJ — March 29th — The Alloway Twp. To improve coordinated fireground operations, the Fire Company held a joint training session with mutual assistance partners. Communication, water supply, and hose line deployment under normal circumstances were the main topics of the exercise. Crews collaborated to examine standard operating procedures for multi-unit responses in the township and its environs. Throughout the training, company commanders emphasized accountability, incident command structure, and safe operating procedures.


In order to increase familiarity with tools and strategies frequently employed on shared incidents, members also collaborated with partner agencies. Maintaining preparedness and guaranteeing uniform operations across departments continue to depend heavily on regular joint training. Refreshing their skills and enhancing their coordination, the participants were able to respond to alarms in the future.
