EAST AMWELL, NJ — April 9th — A training exercise on hose deployment and rural water delivery operations was carried out by the Amwell Valley Fire Company.

In addition to stretching and using 200-foot handlines from Engine 48-1, crews practiced drawing water and supplying an engine using Tender 48-1. These abilities are crucial for ensuring a steady supply of water during fireground operations in places without hydrants.
