Miller Place Hosts Easter Egg Hunt at Firehouse

This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

At the firehouse, the Miller Place Fire Department held a community-focused Easter celebration. In order to give families a chance to get together and participate in seasonal activities, members organized the department's inaugural Ladies Auxiliary family Easter egg hunt.

During a planned visit, the Easter Bunny concealed eggs for the kids taking part in the celebration. These kinds of community gatherings are a frequent component of the department's outreach efforts, strengthening the bonds between people and firefighters.
