In recognition of the service and sacrifice made by veterans of the armed forces, the Medford Fire Department will hold its yearly Memorial Day Parade. On May 25, the event is set to start at 11:00 a.m.

The parade will head to the Medford Fire Department Memorial Park after leaving Tremont Avenue and Route 112. These kinds of gatherings, which bring together departments, neighborhood organizations, and citizens to honor those who served, are still a long-standing tradition among the fire service.

Local organizations have been invited to participate, and the department will oversee the coordination. People from the community are urged to support and attend the event.
