MASTIC, NY — April 9th — According to the Mastic Fire Department Chemical Company No. 1, its Ladies Auxiliary celebrated the arrival of new leadership and honored departing officers during its yearly installation luncheon.

Members thanked departing President Kim Libby for her support and dedication to the department throughout the ceremony. As the next president, Megan Sunderman carried on the auxiliary's mission of supporting departmental operations and community initiatives.

Officials from the department expressed gratitude to all auxiliary members for their ongoing dedication to helping the fire service.
