DEEP RIVER, CT — The Deep River Fire Department participated in a joint training exercise hosted by the Chester Hose Company, taking advantage of the opportunity to operate in an unfamiliar environment.

Crews focused on hose advancement as well as search and rescue techniques, reinforcing essential fireground skills under different conditions.

Training in a new setting provided members with valuable experience and helped strengthen adaptability during emergency operations.
