BELLMORE, NY — April 16th — Dispatcher Kevin Klein of North Bellmore Communications was honored by the Bellmore Fire Department for his assistance and support of local fire and emergency medical services. During events, Klein—known as Dispatcher 650-41—was crucial in organizing reactions, controlling radio traffic, and guaranteeing effective contact between units and command. In emergency services, dispatchers continue to play a crucial role in both routine calls and large-scale mutual aid operations.

Klein is moving to the Hewlett Fire District for a new role. To maintain effective response systems, Nassau County departments still depend on skilled communications staff. Bellmore administrators thanked him for his efforts and recognized that his transfer will help his new department.
