Two-Part Drill Enhances Crash Response Skills

ANSONIA, CT — April 17th — A two-part training course in motor vehicle extrication and stabilization was held by the Ansonia Fire Department.


The event, which was organized by the department's Training Division, offered practical training in patient removal, access, and vehicle stabilization. In order to increase efficiency and coordination during catastrophic accident occurrences, crews practiced real-world scenarios. Additionally, the department acknowledged the MissionCIT teachers for their assistance and knowledge throughout the training.
