HARRISVILLE, RI — April 5th — As part of continuous interdepartmental training, members of Burrillville's townwide Rescue Task Force finished an annual "Stop The Bleed" refresher course, according to the Harrisville Fire Department, 201 Callahan School St. Both current and potential members took part in practical training in hemorrhage control, including how to apply tourniquets, pack wounds, and quickly assess patients.
