AMHERST, MA — April 8th — After the town clerk administered a swearing-in, the Amherst Fire Department announced the appointment of two new call force members. As part of their onboarding process, Andrew Brunelle and Devin Goddu, who are both presently trained EMTs, will start fire training. Call force members support staffing needs by responding to incidents and assisting with daily operations.
