River Vale Fire Department Reports March Call Volume

The River Vale Volunteer Fire Department stated that they responded to 31 service requests in March.


Crews responded to both emergency and non-emergency situations with an average response time of 5.5 minutes. Twelve public service calls, nine non-emergency calls, nine hazardous materials-related replies, and one reported fire were all handled by the department. Throughout March, members recorded 124 unit answers in total, indicating ongoing community operations.
