Live Burn Exercise Strengthens Fireground Skills

SEASIDE PARK, NJ — March 21st —  Ocean Beach Volunteer Fire Company and the Toms River Fire Training Center organized a real burn training exercise for Seaside Park Station 45 Volunteer Fire Company members.


With an emphasis on fire assault, hose line progression, and interior coordination, the training gave firefighters a chance to work under controlled live-fire settings. In order to strengthen decision-making, communication, and safe fireground practices, instructors led personnel through realistic scenarios.



Seaside Park officials acknowledged the importance of regional cooperation in enhancing operational readiness and thanked Ocean Beach Volunteer Fire Company and the staff of the Toms River Fire Training Center for the invitation and training.
