ALLAMUCHY, NJ — March 21st — To finish the last examination of Ladder 91-69, the department's new aerial equipment, Allamuchy Fire Department personnel went to Pierce Manufacturing. Before the vehicle leaves the plant, the final inspection procedure enables staff to examine every part, validate requirements, and make sure it is prepared for service. Ladder 91-69 is a Pierce Heavy Duty Velocity 107-foot aerial ladder that supports truck company and fire assault activities. It has a 2,000 GPM pump and a 750-gallon water tank.

According to officials, the unit will replace a 39-year-old 1987 ladder truck and enhance response capabilities. The community and municipal authorities backed the idea. Delivery, training, and service placement are anticipated shortly.
