Alpha Fire Company Recognizes Retirement of Phillipsburg Police Chief

ALPHA, NJ — March 29th — Chief Goodell of the Phillipsburg Police Department was honored by Alpha Volunteer Fire Company Station 82 upon his retirement from public service. Chief Goodell supported coordinated response and incident management at emergency sites by collaborating closely with fire and emergency medical services. His regular communication with fire command personnel and his contribution to ensuring safe and efficient operations during combined responses were acknowledged by officials.
Additionally, he backed neighborhood engagement activities, such as safety programs and multi-agency local projects. His cooperation, according to members, strengthened the working connections between local police, fire, and emergency medical services workers.
