Debbie Joy was formally welcomed as a new member of the Guilderland Center Fire Department on April 6th during its April monthly meeting.

During the meeting, Department President Mark Dean took Joy's oath of office. Members stated that when she starts her career in the fire service, the department is eager to support her training and growth. As Joy started her training with the company, members welcomed her to the team and complimented her on joining the department.
