Voters Approve Key Funding for Greenland Fire and EMS Services

Greenland, NH — March 12th — The Greenland Fire Department thanked the citizens, companies, and voters of Greenland for their ongoing support of the department and its purpose.
During this year's town meeting, department officials praised the community for their support of crucial issues like as funding for a replacement rescue/pump, the department's operating budget, and the income revolving fund. Leaders stated that the permits will allow the department to continue strengthening its fire and emergency medical services to the community.
Chief Riley J. Stanchina emphasized the importance of community input in molding the future of Greenland's public safety services. As the department moves through 2026, officials encouraged residents to stay engaged and continue providing input on ways to strengthen fire and EMS services for the town.
