On March 29th, members of the A. E. Crandall Hook & Ladder Company met on Alfred University's campus for the annual Chief's Dinner.
During the occasion, firemen were acknowledged for their years of service, new leadership positions were introduced, and department members received special awards for exemplary service.
Officials stated that the yearly event is an occasion to acknowledge the effort and commitment of volunteers who assist the community throughout the year.
